Assistant Store Manager Designate – Lead Teams, Travel

Superdrug is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Designate to travel between stores within the area, supporting teams and driving store performance. This role supports the store manager and aims to progress to a permanent store assignment, offering variety and career growth.

You will recruit and lead teams, promote excellent customer service, and manage promotions, merchandising, and stock to hit targets. A full UK driving licence is preferred due to travel between stores.
