Assistant Store Manager: Lead Team & Elevate Experience

Boots Opticians is seeking an Assistant Manager in Glasgow to lead and inspire our team to deliver an exemplary customer journey across the store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to implement the commercial plan and drive growth and improvement.

In this role you will be involved in customer service, store operations and clinical activities such as patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.
