You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the sales team, manage inventory, and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, sales performance, and team management.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective coaching and motivation.
• Ensure all store policies and procedures, including health and safety, are adhered to.
• Manage inventory levels, including receiving deliveries, stock counts, and loss prevention strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving escalated issues and fostering customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Familiarity with retail management systems and POS software.
