Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
• Support in training and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to create an attractive store presentation.
• Manage inventory, including stock checks, replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
• Open and close the store as required, ensuring security and operational readiness.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience, with some experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of retail operations and stock management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
