Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading their busy retail outlet in Sunderland . You will play a key role in day-to-day store operations, customer service, and team management. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Drive sales performance by motivating the team and implementing sales strategies.
• Oversee stock management, including receiving, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility for store operations.
