Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including sales, staff management, and inventory control.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Support the implementation of visual merchandising standards and promotional activities.
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail.
