Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Norwich . You will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage store operations, and lead a high-performing team. This position requires a strong understanding of retail management principles, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to motivate and develop staff. You will contribute significantly to the success and customer experience of the store in Norwich .

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and motivate the retail team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role, such as Assistant Manager or Team Leader.
