Assistant Team Leader - Fresh Produce Operations

The Best Connection is recruiting for a hands-on Team Leader/Assistant Team Leader at a busy fresh produce operation in Cleckheaton (BD19). You will motivate teams, manage daily workloads, and ensure quality and safety standards across the site.

This full-time role runs 7 days a week with 5 days out of 7 on a rota including weekends. Starting pay is £13.50 per hour, with opportunities for career development within a growing business.
