The Opportunity
Join Bracknell Forest Council’s Outstanding-rated Children’s Specialist Support Team, supporting high-quality services for children with disabilities and their families.
Working alongside the Team Manager, you will:

Provide reflective supervision and support to social work staff
*
Develop and mentor practitioners
*
Lead multi-agency meetings
*
Oversee performance and quality assurance
*
Champion the voice of the child across practice
*
Use your safeguarding and management expertise to achieve positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families
We are looking for an experienced and motivated social worker with strong safeguarding knowledge, supervisory/management experience and a genuine passion for improving children's lives.
