Assistant Wastewater Plant Leader – 24/7 Ops & Improvement

Dale Farm invites applications for an Assistant Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager to help lead our 24/7 facility. You will support the Plant Manager, drive safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, and develop a high-performing team across Production, Engineering, and Quality.

This role requires a degree in Engineering/Environmental Science or Process Engineering, or 2+ years in wastewater or process-driven operations, plus strong analytical skills and SCADA experience.
