Assistant Night Manager required for Luxury Hotel in Weybridge

Our client in the Weybridger area is recruiting an Assistant Night Manager to be part of the management team. Working in a luxury hotel the Night Manager will act as part of the management team and be responsible for the safety & security of guests, reception duties, helping with bar duties and late check ins. You will need to be physically fit as the role will include doing fire safety patrols of the hotel and grounds. Hours of work are 2245 to 0715 5 nights per week.

The Role - Night Manager

• Reporting to the General Manager
• Mangement and security of Hotel at Night
• Ensuring guest and employee safety
• Reception duties
• Bar Duties as required
• Late check in of guests along with overnight enquiries
• Fire patrols of the hotel & grounds

The Person -

• Already working as a Night Manager or reception manager in a luxury hotel
• Capable of managing junior staff
• Experience of using Opera
• Able to deal with guest queries and issues
• Confident, outgoing personality
