What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading design teams, structuring ideas, and refining concepts for award-winning projects. Starting with High Rise
• Managing client relationships, setting expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery
• Driving the design process, ensuring technical and creative excellence
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, leading meetings, and mentoring junior staff
• Overseeing budgets, contracts, and resource allocation to optimise project outcomes
• Representing the studio at industry events and promoting its design ethos

What We’re Looking For:

• Live project experience delivering High Risk Buildings or resi schemes over 20 stories
• Proven leadership experience in a design-led architectural studio
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Expertise in project planning, detailing, and construction methodologies
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and mentor teams
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and procurement processes
