About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Architect to join their well-regarded practice in Bristol . In this key role, you will contribute to design leadership, project management, and client liaison, playing a vital part in the continued success and growth of the firm. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to blend strategic office-based work with remote capabilities, fostering a productive and adaptable work environment. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality architectural solutions and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to post-construction stages.
- Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the technical design process, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.
- Foster strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the architectural team, promoting professional growth.
Requirements
- RIBA Part III qualification or equivalent recognised architectural qualification.
- Significant experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Expertise in architectural design, project management, and relevant software.
- In-depth knowledge of building regulations, planning law, and construction best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
