Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage significant architectural projects, ensuring design excellence and commercial success.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the architectural practice.
• Mentor and manage project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Oversee the production of all design documentation and technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Chartered Architect status with a substantial track record of experience (e.g., 10+ years).
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex architectural projects from inception to completion.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
• Expert proficiency in Revit , BIM, and other leading architectural software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
