Overview:

Bilingual English-German professionals (minimum B2 proficiency) looking to accelerate their career in tech sales will thrive in this opportunity. As an Associate Business Development Representative (BDR) at Precisely, you'll engage prospects across Europe, generate qualified sales opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2-3 days per week spent in our modern office at Liverpool Street, one of London's best-connected transport hubs. You'll collaborate closely with BDRs, Sales Development Executives, Account Executives, and Sales Leaders in a high-energy environment that provides mentorship, coaching, and excellent career growth opportunities.

Whatyou will do:

Outbound Business Development

• Conduct Outbound Strategic Business Development to find new potential customers and set upinitialmeetings for our sales team (Account Executives) to pursue.You'llwork closely with those Account Executives to create these qualified opportunities.

Inbound Business Development

• Conduct Strategic Business Development as part of follow-up with customers and prospects who have responded to our Marketing Activities (Events & Tradeshows, Webinars, Ads, Collateral on our website, etc.) with theobjectiveof creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. This will often be associated with setting upan initialmeeting between the prospect and the assigned Account Executive.

All Business Development

• Work with Product Marketing, Pre-Sales and Sales teams to become knowledgeable inPrecisely’sproducts and services such that the Associate BDR can effectivelyidentify customer pain tied toPrecisely‘svalue proposition of products and servicesfor the right buyer profile and to communicate our products’ differentiation clearly and compellingly that drives interest and results in qualified leads/initial meetings. This includes mastering product training as well as sales plays.
• Ability to source contacts using various Prospecting Platforms such as, but not limited to,ZoomInfo,LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach,6Sense,& more.
• Maintain daily activities in Salesforce and Outreach, tracking interactions with prospects
• Engage in recurring 1:1sessionwith your BDR Manager, as well as engage in Weekly Team discussions with your BDRpeers. Interactregularly with all areas ofthecross-functionalbusinesstosupport company-wide initiatives and drive suggestions forchangeor improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Mandatory: Bilingual proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level). Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered
