Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, and partnership deeds.

• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on commercial legal issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial law.
• Demonstrable expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
