Remuneration: £12-£14.50 per UDA depending on experience

Part time or Full time Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS OFFERED) in a busy, well established practice near Scarborough, North Yorkshire

• 50/50 split on private and labs
• 2 Dentists, 3 Nurses, 1 Practice Manager and 1 Area Manager
• Fully computerised surgeries - 2 surgery practice
• OPG
• Digital X-Ray
• Rotary Endodontics
• Decon Room
• Staff Room
• Practice Hours: 9am-5pm
• 5 Minute walk from the Train Station
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
