Associate Director – BIM & Digital Transformation

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director - BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy, governance and delivery across multiple UK locations including Leeds. The role will drive digital transformation within client projects and oversee BIM implementation with cross‑functional teams.

You will manage stakeholder engagement, develop BIM documentation, and guide teams through ISO 19650 standards while advancing innovative BIM solutions for real estate, infrastructure and programmes.
