Responsibilities

• Survey and Report Writing: Conduct comprehensive surveys and produce clear, concise engineering reports for a full range of typical core professional Building Surveying services.
• Construction Monitoring: Assist with construction monitoring and snagging assessments to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Teamwork and Independence: Work independently under broad direction while supporting team members to meet client demands.
• Professional Representation: Represent the company professionally, liaising with clients and ensuring services meet their needs.
• Client Development: Cultivate relationships with existing clients and win new work.
• Continuous Improvement: Commit to improving standards, processes, and knowledge to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with tablet‑based software such as GoReport, Kyklcoud, and MOBIESS.
• Excellent time‑management skills, completing reports on schedule.
• Proficiency in financial, commercial, and risk management from project inception to completion on own projects.
• Flexibility to work away from an office, domestically or abroad.

Additional Requirements

Eligibility for DBS or other security clearance checks is required.

All newly hired employees must attend an in‑person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment.
