Associate Director, Clinical Operations - Rare Disease

Eblex Group is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Operations to drive delivery of its rare disease clinical programmes in a lean biotech setting. You will collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical, Regulatory, CMC, Quality and external partners to move studies from planning through completion.

This hands-on role requires leadership of clinical trials, strong protocol development, and experience managing CROs in a fast-moving biotech environment.
