An independent, people-first firm is hiring an Associate Director to lead client services for company secretarial and governance functions across private equity and real estate client structures in London, managing a small team and reporting to a Director.

The role involves leading Client Services operations for company secretarial and administrative functions across Private Equity and Real Estate client structures, reporting to a Director.

Key responsibilities

• direct day-to-day operations and transactional service delivery
• manage and supervise a small team with clear priorities
• maintain stakeholder relationships across jurisdictions
• drive operational development and business transformation initiatives

Required qualifications

• professional qualification (CGI, ICSA, or equivalent)
• established experience with UK corporate legislation and regulation
• demonstrated team management capability
• commercial acumen for client service improvement
• conflict resolution ability
• right to work in the UK (essential)
