The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take a senior role within the planning team, managing complex projects, advising clients and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Responsibilities

Leading complex planning projects from inception through to completion. Providing high-quality strategic planning advice. Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact. Preparing and reviewing planning applications and supporting documentation. Liaising with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders. Managing project teams and mentoring junior planners. Contributing to business development and identifying new opportunities. Supporting the wider team with strategic planning matters.Requirements

Degree in Town Planning or a related subject. Significant experience within a UK planning consultancy or related environment. Strong knowledge of planning policy and legislation. Excellent project and client management skills. Strong commercial awareness. Excellent written and verbal communication. MRTPI qualification is highly desirable.
