Associate Director, Hydromorphology & BNG Lead

WSP is seeking an Associate Director/Associate to lead the rapid growth of our Hydromorphology Service Line with a focus on watercourse Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and WFD advisory work. You will guide high-quality BNG delivery and support a growing WFD advisory pipeline.

The role sits within the Catchment Science team, providing senior technical direction on multidisciplinary projects and contributing to landowner engagement strategies for off-site BNG delivery.
