You’ll use your expertise and network to unlock new opportunities while contributing to high-profile projects that transform how our Defence sector achieves its goals.The ideal candidate is passionate about the role of assets and infrastructure in the transformation of our economy and society, and comfortable communicating with and driving decisions at senior levels within the MOD and its supply chain.You will be joining a team of asset management and industry thought leaders and be able to contribute to the development of the cutting-edge approaches and services that AMCL delivers to our clients globally.You will also be joining the wider Turner and Townsend’s network of Defence professionals and be able to lever these contacts to help develop your career and professional development.As an Associate Director / Principal Consultant within the AMCL UK&I team, you will be responsible for:Leading high-profile client engagements, with responsibility for the technical delivery, client relationship, profitability and other key project metricsUsing your knowledge and network to identify and secure new opportunities in the Defence SectorWorking on projects, shaping solutions to meet client needs and managing delivery teams to achieve the best result for our clients and our peopleAdvising senior leaders and executives on how to shape their business and develop their internal capabilitiesDeveloping, leading and managing key relationships across the Defence sectorIdentifying and securing business opportunities in new and existing marketsDriving thought leadership and representing AMCL at conferences across the globeManaging, coaching and mentoring of team membersQualificationsA strong track record of working in the Ministry of Defence with a broad network of contactsAn experienced decision maker who is used to working with leadership teams to set direction and drive it forwardExperience of working on or with asset or infrastructure projectsExcellent writing, presentation and communication skillsStrong commercial awarenessA broad network across the Defence sectorAnalytical, organisational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance competing needs and to manage time and workload effectivelyWillingness to travel to better serve our clients and their interestsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
