As a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director, you’ll take ownership of key project elements, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver successful project outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to work on prestigious projects while developing your leadership, client management and project delivery expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong, motivated Senior Project Manager or a newer Associate Director looking to take the next step within a highly respected consultancy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead and manage key elements of luxury hotel and office fit-out projects
• Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver successful project outcomes
• Manage project programmes, resources, risks, quality and project controls
• Lead design management, procurement and construction activities
• Manage Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration responsibilities
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and act as a key project contact
• Work closely with Cost Managers to achieve the best commercial outcomes
• Support and mentor junior Project Managers and team members
• Manage project documentation, reporting and governance
• Contribute to fee proposals, business development and recruitment

WHAT OUR CLIENT LOOKING FOR

• Experienced Senior Project Manager or newer Associate Director
• Strong experience delivering high-value construction or fit-out projects
• Experience in luxury hotels and/or office fit-out strongly desirable
• Proven client-facing project management experience
• Ability to manage projects and key workstreams autonomously
• Strong knowledge of the project lifecycle, from design through to completion
• Experience with procurement, programme and construction management
• MRICS preferred, but not essential
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ambitious, motivated and keen to progress into senior leadership
