Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 (DOE & MRICS Status) Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid Working) Job Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join a leading cost consultancy with established offices across Central Scotland. Following continued growth and the successful award of several major frameworks and high-value projects, the consultancy is looking to strengthen its senior leadership team. The business delivers cost management services across commercial, infrastructure, public sector, residential and mixed-use developments, including major schemes valued in excess of £100 million. This role offers the opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of flagship projects while playing a key role in business development, mentoring the next generation of surveyors, and supporting the strategic growth of the Edinburgh office. This position offers a clearly defined pathway towards Director and Equity Partner level for the right individual. Job Requirements

• Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor, Associate or Associate Director level within a PQS consultancy
• MRICS Chartered status is essential (or willingness to complete APC within six months)
• Strong experience delivering high-value commercial, residential, public sector or infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to manage key client relationships and generate new business opportunities
• Experience mentoring junior surveyors and supporting APC candidates
• Strong commercial, financial and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel
• Stable employment history demonstrating leadership and long-term career progression Salary & Benefits
