Associate Director - Travel Retail

Freshminds has partnered with a growing advisory firm within the travel retail space to find an Associate Director to join its senior leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering high-profile projects across travel retail and commercial real estate, helping clients make strategic decisions that drive growth and optimise commercial performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading commercial strategy and advisory projects across travel retail, managing multiple engagements and workstreams.
• Building and managing senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
• Helping to shape the growth of the team and practice, while mentoring and developing junior members.

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years' experience in consulting, strategy, insights or a relevant in-house role, with experience in the travel retail sector.
• Experience leading commercial strategy and advisory projects, managing senior stakeholders and influencing at senior client level.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
