Cumming Group is looking for an experienced Associate Director to join our growing Cardiff team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on developing client relationships, securing new business and delivering high-profile projects across the Real Estate sector.
Working closely with our Senior Director, you'll play a key role in expanding our presence in the market while leading the successful delivery of major commissions from inception through to completion.
What you'll be doing
- Driving business development, networking and work-winning activity across the region.
- Building and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Leading bids, presentations and client pitches to secure new commissions.
- Delivering complex construction projects from feasibility through to completion.
- Providing strategic advice on procurement, contracts, risk and project delivery.
- Managing commercial performance, project programmes and financial outcomes.
- Leading, mentoring and developing project teams while maintaining exceptional client service.
We're looking for someone who has
- 8+ years' experience in Project Management or Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- A proven track record of winning work and developing long-term client relationships.
- Experience delivering projects within the Real Estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
- Excellent commercial awareness and leadership capability.
- MRICS, MAPM or an equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
