They are currently engaged in a number of projects ranging in size across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Mixed-Use and more. The Role Lead the electrical design and coordination of building services projects Manage projects from feasibility through to detailed design and site delivery Oversee and review electrical calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings Provide technical leadership to engineers within the team Attend client meetings and represent the business professionally Support commercial activities Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders Qualifications/Experience Significant experience within a Building Services consultancy Strong technical knowledge of electrical building services systems Experience leading projects and managing client relationships Proficiency in industry software including Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux, or similar Excellent communication and leadership abilities Degree qualification in Electrical or Building Services Engineering Chartered status or working towards chartership (CIBSE/IET desirable) Benefits 25 days annual leave public holidays 9 day fortnight Hybrid working 5% pension Private healthcare Holiday buy/sell Support towards chartership Morgan Hunt is a multi-award-winning recruitment business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
