Associate Electrical Engineer - Lead Complex Projects

Hoare Lea is seeking an Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Bournemouth or Reading offices. You will take ownership of complex projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, and manage stakeholders, budgets, and schedules.

The role focuses on delivering profitable schemes, securing new work, and representing the electrical discipline in client meetings. We welcome engineers with Chartered status, strong technical knowledge, and a collaborative approach.
