Associate Legal Counsel – Renewable Energy Contracts

AVA Energy is seeking an Assistant/Associate Legal Counsel in the UK to join its growing team. The role covers wind and BESS contracts, regulatory compliance, HR matters, and procurement, with a broad, hands-on remit that shapes how the legal function operates.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years of legal experience, a renewable energy background, and demonstrable experience with EPC contracts, PPAs and O&M agreements. A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is expected.
