Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of project plans and conduct preliminary research.
• Gather and analyze data from various sources to support strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to the creation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and models.
• Support senior consultants in client meetings and workshops.
• Identify potential risks and issues within projects and escalate as needed.
• Learn and apply consulting frameworks and best practices across engagements.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop consulting expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or a strong academic record.
