About the Role
Our client, a dynamic Management Consultancy , is seeking an eager Associate Management Consultant to join their team, supporting clients remotely and in the Plymouth area. This role offers an excellent platform for individuals early in their consulting career to develop a broad skill set across various client projects. You will work closely with senior consultants, contributing to analysis, research, and the delivery of strategic advice. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, analytical, and keen to learn and contribute to impactful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in data collection, analysis, and synthesis for client engagements.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Assist in the development of client deliverables, including presentations and reports.
- Contribute to client workshop preparation and facilitation as needed.
- Help identify client challenges and brainstorm potential solutions under guidance.
- Maintain project documentation and support the overall project management process for the management consultancy team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
- Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote and occasionally in-person setting in Plymouth .
