The firm invests in high-growth, tech-enabled financial services companies, integrating ESG considerations throughout its investment process, emphasizing responsible growth and financial inclusion.
Experience:
Candidates should have two to three years of experience at an Investment Bank , focusing on Financial Services, Tech, or Fintech. Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, business analysis, or transaction development is required, along with a relevant degree. A strong interest in entrepreneurship, financial services, and technology is also essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in industry research, market analysis, and proactive opportunity identification.
- Provide insights and analysis on potential opportunities to assess viability.
- Develop financial models, validate assumptions, and formulate investment rationales.
- Support the due diligence process.
- Participate in deal transactions from start to finish.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. As a key member of a growing, entrepreneurial team, you should also:
