Associate Quantity Surveyor

A London based, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking to add a technically astute Associate Quantity Surveyor to help strengthen their expanding Quantity Surveying team.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

Based just south of the river and within walking distance of London Waterloo, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will primarily be working across a mixture of residential related projects including local authority, retrofit, and fire remediation projects.

Alongside project delivery, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be mentoring two Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and undertake a client facing role.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS is preferred, but not essential Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar Employers Agent experience would be ideal Residential, Fire Remediation, or Local Authority project exposure Client facing Management experience Excellent pre and post contract knowledgeIn Return?
