Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Truro, Cornwall | Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE: £30-35,000+ in first year

What You'll Be Doing

Full 360 recruitment, from business development to candidate management on a permanent or contract basis Growing your niche market within engineering, or technology Building trusted partnerships with clients and candidates Working towards clear targets
