Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews and assessments.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and CRM system with accurate information.
• Support client relationship management activities and administrative tasks.
• Learn and apply recruitment best practices, compliance standards, and sales techniques.
• Contribute to team meetings and actively participate in training sessions.
