Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters from inception to conclusion.
• Conduct legal research, prepare court documents, and draft pleadings and applications.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Advise clients on strategy, risk assessment, and potential settlement options.
• Assist senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value disputes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and timely updates.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor with a valid UK practicing certificate.
• 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution or litigation.
• Proven experience in managing civil litigation procedures and drafting legal documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and commercially.
• Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
