Attendance & Engagement Champion

The Arthur Terry School is seeking an Attendance Officer to join our dedicated pastoral team. You will focus on improving attendance and student wellbeing by monitoring data, engaging with families and external agencies, and supporting safeguarding across the school.

We value proactive, detail-oriented individuals who communicate well and can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. This role offers a rewarding way to positively impact young people’s educational outcomes
