Attendance & Punctuality Lead – School Support

E-ACT West Walsall Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to promote excellent attendance, maintain accurate records and monitor pupil attendance data across school systems.

You will conduct first‑day absence procedures, follow up on unexplained absences and liaise with families, supporting the academy's strategy to raise achievement and wellbeing.
