Attendance & Safeguarding Lead (DDSL)

The Shaw Education Trust is seeking an Attendance Officer & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to join the team at Kidsgrove Secondary School, with responsibilities also supporting attendance at Kidsgrove Primary School. You will promote excellent attendance, safeguarding, and pupil welfare, while deputising for the DSL when required.

You will monitor attendance, analyse data, and work with pupils, families, and external agencies to remove barriers.
