Attendance & Wellbeing Champion (School)

The Arthur Terry School in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an Attendance Officer to join our pastoral team. You will drive excellent attendance and student wellbeing through proactive engagement with students, families, and external agencies.

Key responsibilities include monitoring attendance data, reporting trends, and addressing barriers to attendance while safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
