Attendance Officer: Championing Student Attendance

Outwood Academy Hindley is seeking an Attendance Officer to ensure every student maximises their potential by improving attendance and reducing persistent absence. The role blends operational duties such as home visits and late gate patrols with essential administrative support and resilient engagement with students and parents to address barriers.

Working pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus 10 days.
