Job Description
My client are a UK based leading provider of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions - primarily across the Education sector. They are going through a sustained period of growth and now have a requirement for a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues quickly. Maintain clear communication with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate project teams, assign tasks and monitor performance. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements. Manage external suppliers and monitor performance. Ensure projects follow legal, safety and organisational standards. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and maximise project profitability through effective planning and change control.Required Experience & Skills
Minimum three years' experience delivering complex Audio Visual or technology infrastructure projects. Experience delivering projects within time, cost, and quality constraints. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams. Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement. Experience managing contractors and vendors. Proven experience leading complex AV Installations and multi-room deployments. Desirable
Confident decision-maker in high-pressure situations Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ownership of AV standards, governance, and best practices Strong mentoring skills and team leadership. Essential:
Enhanced DBS check to be completed on successful application. ECS/CSCS exam to be taken if a valid card is not already held. Driving licence
