Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior - Independent Accountancy Practice City of London (Hybrid) Up to £40,000 DOE

Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a well-established and friendly 3-partner firm based in Central London in their search for an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking step into a hands on role across audit and accounts within a close-knit and supportive environment. The role offers a 40% audit and 60% accounts splits alongside the opportunity to work with a varied portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on audits from planning through to completion
• Prepare statutory accounts, bookkeeping, and tax compliance work for a varied client portfolio
• Working directly with clients
• Represent the firm professionally across client engagements

Key Requirements

• ACA or ACCA part-qualified
• Minimum 3 years' experience within practice
• Experience across both audit and accounts (ideally with 40% audit/60% accounts split)
• Confident managing client relationships and being client facing
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach
• Experience with IRIS software beneficial
