Audit and Accounts Senior – £40K–£45K | Career Progression with a Growing Firm

Are you an ambitious ACA or ACCA-qualified Audit and Accounts Senior ready to take the next step in your career?

We’re working with a busy, expanding independent firm that genuinely promotes from within — all the way up to Director and Partner level. They’re now looking to add a talented Audit and Accounts Senior to their team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading audits for a range of clients, including those with turnovers of £50M+, taking responsibility for planning, fieldwork, and review.
• Managing year-end accounts and monthly management reporting.
• Providing client advisory on cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Supervising junior team members, with the chance to lead and develop others.
• Progressing toward Client Manager level, with a clear pathway as part of the firm’s succession planning.

What We’re Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or finalist level), with solid experience in audit and accounts within a general practice environment.
• Someone growth-minded who wants to develop within a firm that values talent and invests in progression.
• A confident communicator who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues alike.

Eligibility

Applicants must have relevant experience gained within a UK accountancy practice and an existing right to work in the UK without requiring employer visa sponsorship. The firm is unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
