Looking for an exceptional career opportunity in Finance? Join our client, a rapidly growing accountancy practice based in London as their Audit and Accounts Senior.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Audit and Accounts Senior, you'll have the chance to play a lead role in the financial operations of this high-growth group and work closely with key stakeholders across the business. The role is split 80% audit and 20% accounts, and will involve planning, executing, and finalising audit assignments, as well as preparing financial statements and other related tasks. This is a fully office based position in Central London.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assess risks and develop appropriate audit strategies.
• Prepare audit reports and discuss key findings with clients and partners.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts under UK GAAP and FRS 102.
• Review working papers and disclosures for accuracy.
• Liaise with HMRC and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare corporation tax computations and returns.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice.
• Good knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102.
• CCH, Caseware, MyWorkpapers and Mercia experience advantageous.
