About the Role

This role involves planning, executing, and finalising audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulations. You will lead audit engagements, supervise junior staff, and build strong client relationships, providing valuable insights and assurance. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments in accordance with firm methodology and professional standards.
• Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing queries and building strong working relationships.
• Identify potential risks and control weaknesses, recommending appropriate solutions to clients.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and findings for review.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant audit experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing audit engagements.
• Thorough understanding of auditing standards and UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively remotely.
