Autism & Mental Health Support Worker – Community Care

Home Not Hospital is looking for a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join a community-based care team in Weston-super-Mare. You will support an individual with autism, a mild learning disability and complex mental health needs, helping them maintain independence, stay safe at home and in the community, and enjoy meaningful activities.

We seek compassionate, patient team players who understand autism, mental health challenges and trauma-informed approaches.
