Autism Learning Support Worker | Mon–Fri, Driving

Randstad Education is partnering with an adult day service near Cranleigh, Surrey, to recruit an Adult Learning Support Worker. You will support autistic adults to gain independence, build life skills, and thrive within the community, in a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule.

This role involves working in a modern, dedicated setting with a community café, training kitchen, and garden, where you will monitor progress and provide dignified personal care as needed.
